Coaching Packages
Each package includes a blend of Personal Performance Coaching, Mentoring and Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy as well as elements of DISC profiling and NLP approaches depending on your needs and your goals.
Sessions are held online or face-to-face, within a reasonable distance from my base in beautiful Ayrshire.
I also offer a SWAT session: a purposeful Smart Walk and Talk. Client's love these sessions and say they inspire fresh ideas and boost energy levels!

The Lift-Off Session
This is ideal for those who want CLARITY & ACTION to press forward with plans for change and growth.
It's equally effective for clients who have already completed a coaching programme and want support to refocus their energy on their goals and action plan or to explore a new challenge or opportunity that's arisen.

The Discovery Package
This signature package of 1:1 private coaching is designed to help you fast track your life and career goals and get into your peak state with strategies and solutions to achieve your goals.
