HOW IT WORKS

Each Coaching Package follows a framework of 3 phases across a series of 1hr sessions. I call it the 3D approach!

 

Each session is taken at 2-week intervals but can also be taken monthly depending on the pace that works best for you.

One of my main jobs as your Coach is to ask the powerful, thought provoking questions that allow us to really get to know you and explore, *who you are *what makes you tick *where you see yourself now and *where you want to be. 

Phase 1

DISCOVER

  • Your life/career/business goals

  • Your values

  • Your passions and interests

  • Your strengths

  • Your achievements

  • Your life/career direction

  • Your motivators

  • Your limiting beliefs

  • Your obstacles

The Discovery phase lays the foundation for much of our focus throughout the coaching process. As such, we often spend the biggest proportion of our time in this phase before moving to the next phase.

Phase 2

DEVELOP

  • Growth mindset

  • Confidence & resilience

  • Personal presence

  • Self-awareness

  • Authentic personal brand

  • Effective leadership style

As well as a range of established coaching techniques, this package also includes various exercises to promote your resourcefulness and stimulate new ways of working and thinking. I may also use DISC profiling and Mindfulness based CBT. There is no 'one size fits all' and you can be confident that each session is designed to suit your individual needs.

Phase 3

DESIGN

Strategic solutions and an action plan for: 

  • On-going personal development 

  • Overcoming self-doubt and limiting beliefs

  • Maintaining self-awareness and self-care

  • Promoting your personal brand​

  • Staying on track with short & long-term plans

WHAT ELSE?

Those who get the best results make a decision, before the first session begins - to have a positive attitude - to take the action that's required - to be willing to try new solutions - and to dedicate their time and energy to the coaching partnership.  

Coaching sessions can be arranged face-to-face (distance permitting), via Skype or by phone. When planning where you will be for the coaching session, it's important that you choose a place where you can concentrate, you feel relaxed and you won't be disturbed, distracted or interrupted.
